Hello again from Dallas, Texas

Hello everybody. I hope this communication finds you blessed and rested under the shadow of the Almighty. Indeed He is faithful, and scripture says He will never leave us nor forsake us. I can say now He has really helped us to adjust to the life in the U.S and just showing us this is a new season and we better embrace it. He's been so awesome, just read the following:

  • He helped some of you to step up and just support us in prayer and finance. We really thank God for you. Most of our immediate financial needs are now taken care of
  • God is providing more people who are stepping up now to also help us. He is surrounding us with people who are ready to help us and pray for us.
  • He gave us an opportunity now where we are heading up the children and youth ministry of the church that we attend here. Its a fairly small African American church called The Word Church International.
  • We are really doing well in school. In the Pastoral School particularly, we are having a great move of God you'd never think that this is a place to do academics. I am in the worship and technical team in the school and i really am enjoying myself.
  • My family is healthy, no more attacks of sickness. My daughter is now walking Halleluyah. It's just an awesome thing.
  • God is busy moulding us and showing us more and more of Him and we feel our spiritual lives are at another level in this season.

Please continue praying for us and keep supporting us financially and in anyway you can. Also pray for:

  • My aunt's family so God's peace abounds in their lives. She is really greatly missed.
  • Pray for my dad, the mine he was working for is having some problems due to the world economy.
  • Pray that God grants us favour in our health so none of us have to go to a doctor while in the U.S.
  • Pray for the youth at the All Nations Village Church so they are wise about this season God has placed them in.

Thank you for everything. We love you and God bless you.

Dallas, Texas

Well, its been an awesome Godly time here in Dallas, Texas. So far we've been here for three weeks but have been in classes for two weeks now. I am doing Advance Leadership and Pastoral Studies and my wife, Stacy is doing Advanced Children and Family Ministries. Our classes have been fantastic- we've both noted that in every class we have asked ourselves how we are gonna put what we are learning into practise back home in Africa. The school is fantastic, the worship is awesome.
On a personal note, we have had some challenges. We still have not found a sitter for our daughter who we can afford. We are still waiting for God to do it at his time, we are taking everything one day at a time-Matthew 6 vs 34. We are struggling alot financially but God is giving us our daily bread-Halleluya. So if you can help, wherever you are, please do, if you feel led to do so.
Tshepiso is really growing, she is now standing on her own to a certain extent, she'll soon be walking, we believe that, halleluya. Her speech is also developing, she can call us Dada and Mama and can ask for food by saying nyanya.
Back home in Botswana, i lost an aunt, my mum's elder sister. So we also have been mourning but God has given s such a great peace. Please pray for my family including back home so the peace and grace of God takes its course.

Anyway, we love you. If you wanna call us- its (001) 214 438 2765, we need your support and encouragement. God bless you.
Love Gary, Stacy and Nunu

Straight from Guyana

Hey everybody,
We are still in Guyana for about two more weeks. We are really blessed to be here. I have visited about three churches since i came here. I have been really blessed. I ministered to a youth group, sang at a church and attended a prayer session. This country is pretty cool but it also have its problems- the crime rate is really low, the ordinary peolple leave in fear, there is great witch craft just like back home in Africa. People are really getting murdered sometimes for about twenty U.S Dollars. Please keep us in prayer for safety, good health and provision.

On another note, last nite, we went bowling for the first time in our lives, so i am ready to play against Andrea-Lol. tshepiso has really grown in one week, she now crawls and eats a lot more variety of things, Guyana is rich in fruit so we are really enjoying ourselves. God bless you and thank you for your prayer and support.

What a Journey!!!

My family and i arfinally in Guyana, the land of many waters as it is translated. We had a long trip from Botswana, practically spent the whole day in New York and had to travel again the whole nite to reach my wife's country. Wsurvieved three climates in two days- Botswana is Hot and humid, New York is cold and Guyana is Hot and Humid- My daughter and i arsweating all the time!

Guyana is a beatiful place and i feel we are really on Holiday after a long and busy year back home in Botswana. Today i went shopping with my wife and mother-in-law, we took a cab first to the river- real river NOT OUR BOTSWANA TRENCHES, then we took a speed boat to cross the REAL river, then went into town and did shopping all over the town and market place. It is crazy, everybody is bvusy selling or buying somethimng, the marketplace makes me feel like i am at the Maasai Market in Kenya, its just incredible. Guyana also gets a lot of rain here- so i guess the rivers plus the lotsa rain hence the land of many waters- my daughter- Tshepiso still cant get used to the rain, she jumps or even cries when it starts raining and when there is thunder, well thats what you get for being born in a desert. I am really having a great time.

On another note, pleaspray for us because one of my luggage has not arrived, and i really need it cos that's where my most of my clothes are. anyway, Catch'y'all 'pon dcrossin' !!!
